Terms of Service
1. Service
https://club.fake-guru.com ("Fake Club") is a paid membership for building faceless YouTube channels. It includes a course, member tools with monthly limits, a Discord community, a weekly group call, a limited number of 1-on-1 calls and channel reviews. The service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mergim Hajrizaj.
2. Membership and payment
Memberships are bought through Whop. Your Fake Club account is unlocked for the email address you used at Whop. Monthly and 3-month plans renew automatically until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access as long as Fake Club is operated.
3. No refunds
All sales are final. Because access starts immediately after purchase, we do not refund any payment, including partially used periods. Details: No Refund Policy.
4. Monthly limits
Every tool has a monthly limit that is shown in your dashboard. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. The lifetime plan has the same monthly limits as the other plans. We may adjust limits for future months.
5. Calls and reviews
You can book up to the number of 1-on-1 calls per month shown in your dashboard. Calls can be cancelled up to 24 hours before they start; missed calls count as used. Channel reviews are answered in writing in your dashboard.
6. No earnings guarantee
We teach methods and provide tools. We do not guarantee views, monetization or income. Results shown on this website are individual results of specific people and are not typical or guaranteed; your results depend on your own work, niche, consistency and YouTube's decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow YouTube's policies and applicable law. You may not use the tools to create illegal content, content that infringes the rights of others, content involving minors in a sexual context, or content intended to deceive, harass or defraud. You may not share your account or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Your content
You keep the rights to what you create with the tools. You are responsible for checking generated content before you publish it.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tools, models and course content may change over time.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
11. Law
The law of Georgia applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
