No Refund Policy
All sales are final
Fake Club is a digital product. Your access to the member area, the course, the tools, the community and the calls starts immediately after purchase. For this reason we do not offer refunds – not for monthly plans, not for 3-month plans and not for the lifetime plan, also not for partially used periods, unused tool limits or calls you did not book.
Your consent at checkout
Before buying you expressly agree that we start the service immediately, and you confirm that you know you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days for consumers in the EU) once the service has started. Without this consent you cannot complete the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
Monthly and 3-month plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account before the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund payments already made.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, your access is suspended while the dispute is open.
Questions
If something doesn't work, contact us via Discord user assistantxfakeguru and we'll fix it. This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
