1. Controller

2. Data we process
Account data (email address, name if you enter one, password stored only as a salted hash), your membership status, the inputs you send to the member tools (prompts, texts, channel links, uploaded screenshots) and their results, your call bookings and channel review requests. We process this data to provide the membership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) are processed for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use one session cookie that is strictly necessary for login and one cookie that remembers a referral code. No advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Payments via Whop
Memberships are sold and billed by Whop. To unlock your account we receive your email address, your membership status and the plan you bought from Whop. Whop's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
4. AI processing
To generate scripts, titles, images and voiceovers, your inputs are sent to our AI infrastructure providers and the model providers behind them. Do not enter content you are not allowed to share.
5. Discord
The community and the group calls take place on Discord. Discord's privacy policy applies there.
6. Storage period
Generated files are deleted automatically after 30 days. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request; records we must keep by law (tax and accounting records) are kept for the legally required period.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us via Discord user assistantxfakeguru. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or, if you live in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.
